Holistic Training Packages -
What is Holistic Training?
Holistic training sessions are
60-90 minutes long. In your sessions, your holistic trainer, Kent Burden
combines elements of traditional personal training (warm-up, strength training,
circuit training, etc.) and mind body elements (Feldenkrais, Pilates, Yoga and
Tai Chi) coordinated specifically for you and your individual needs. Each
session is more than a workout; it is a teaching session that incorporates
movement and includes nutritional counseling and stress reduction techniques.
